yeah yeah i do still ride for them, theres a lady that works in mammoth who is my coach yeah, erm i dno i have to go out 5 times a wekk usually, go out for roughly 1 hour every day then 3 hours on sunday then i have to do different aims on each night, like climb 10 hills or do lots of single track, that sort of thing. ermm not that i know of. you gona do the race at cannock then ?

yhyh same, i did the champs at hanchurch andnow i am 3rd best in midlands lol, gota coach and stuff now so tis all cool, yeah yeah i am matey, should be a good course, wa last year, not that i know of, but there wank so i cba with them any more, + the alent teem is closing down
